At Grace Community United Methodist Church, Discipleship ministries are designed to help you grow in your relationship with God alongside others in your stage of life. Check out the various ways we have to serve you and your family, and then let us help you get plugged in.

Nursery (Birth to Preschool)
Grace believes in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our youngest members. While parents enjoy the service, they can rest assured that their children are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our qualified volunteers create a positive church experience that introduces children to a love for Jesus early on.

Kids Konnection (Kindergarten to 5th Grade)
Kids Konnection is our Sunday school class for children in kindergarten to 5th grade. Kids Konnection meets during both worship services on Sunday morning. Through engaging teaching methods children learn about God by discovering Him around them, among them and in them; discovering His gifts; and how to apply them to their everyday lives.

B.I.G. Kids
Elementary-aged children are invited to join us every Sunday evening during the school year from 4:30 to 6:00 pm for B.I.G. (Believe In God) Kids. This is a time of fellowship, music, games, crafts, special activities and a light snack. Kids love fun, and we enjoy creating fun ways for children to learn about Jesus.

Youth Groups
Grace Youth Group is designed to connect students in Christ. Middle and High Schoolers meet together for fellowship, and then they separate into small groups for discussion time. We meet Sunday evenings from 4:30pm-6pm. We use social events and Praise/Prayer gatherings to help students grow in their faith and witness. Additionally, there are opportunities for youth to serve in meaningful, effective local and regional mission events. Amidst it all we have plenty ‘o fun!

Small Groups
Small groups are weekly gatherings that happen in homes, in the church building, or even in public places. Small groups provide time and trustworthy relationships for study, discussion, support and prayer. There are groups not just nearby where you live, but specific to where you are in life. So whether you’re married, single, divorced, old or young, or whatever…there’s a group waiting to meet you. Let us help you get connected.

Forever Friends
Forever Friends provides support and opportunities for special needs adults to experience a personal relationship with God and fellowship within the church. Forever Friends is a time of joyful praise music, fun, games and refreshments. We believe people with disabilities should have the opportunity to learn and grow in their Christian faith through a loving and nurturing environment adapted to accommodate their special needs. We meet every third Thursday from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

Study and Spiritual Growth Groups
Study Groups are classes and gatherings that meet at times and locations suitable to the group and according to interests and needs expressed among the congregation. Be sure to watch the weekly bulletin and monthly newsletter for scheduled times and places.

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.
